- i. We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries, schedules, and accommodation arrangements as necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
- ii. Any changes to the itinerary will be communicated to you as soon as possible, and we will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives.
- i. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings
- ii. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate travel insurance coverage for the duration of your tour
- i. While every effort is made to ensure your safety during the tour, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks and agree to assume responsibility for your own health and safety.
- ii. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements prior to the tour to ensure appropriate arrangements can be made.
- i. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant from the tour if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, offensive, or harmful to themselves, other participants, or our staff.
- ii. You agree to comply with all local laws, regulations, and customs while participating in the tour.
- i. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings incurred during the tour.
- ii. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and is subject to the terms of any applicable insurance policies.
- i. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, and any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
By booking a tour package with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
- i. Cancellations must be requested in writing and sent to DREAM PARADISE ISLAND LTD via email or through our website.
- ii. Cancellations made [30] days or more before the tour departure date are subject to a cancellation fee of [10] % of the total tour cost.
- iii. Cancellation requests received within [30] days of the tour departure date are subject to a cancellation fee of [50] % of the total tour cost.
- iv. Cancellation requests received within [14] days of the tour departure date are subject pay the total tour cost.
- i. Refunds for cancellations will be processed within [10] business days from the date of cancellation request.
- ii. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original booking, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- iii. The amount refunded is subject to deduction of any applicable cancellation fees, as specified in the cancellation policy.
- iv. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the tour has commenced or for no-shows.
- v. In cases where the tour is cancelled by DREAM PARADISE ISLAND LTD due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient participation, participants will be entitled to a full refund of the tour cost.
- i. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the tour or services included in the package, including but not limited to accommodations, meals, transportation, or activities.
- i. DREAM PARADISE ISLAND LTD is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes to the tour itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, political unrest, or other unforeseen events.
- ii. In such cases, DREAM PARADISE ISLAND LTD will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives or reschedule the tour, but no refunds will be provided for any costs incurred as a result of these circumstances.
- i. Requests for modifications to the tour dates, itinerary, or other details may be accommodated subject to availability and additional fees.
- ii. Any additional costs resulting from booking modifications, such as changes to accommodation or transportation arrangements, will be borne by the participant.
